Prince George's County Public Schools and Laurel High School have partnered with Naviance to provide a variety of tools to support you in your academic, career and college planning. These tools are located in Family Connection, a website for students to access these online resources, communicate with school staff and work on college and career readiness activities assigned by your counselors and teachers. You can set personalized goals, take career interest inventories and assessments, search for colleges and scholarships, and much more. You will access your Family Connection account with your Clever credentials, same as you access many of the other learning applications you use in school. When you log in for the first time, explore as much as you would like, but take particular note of the My Planner > Tasks Assigned to Me section. This will show you a list of all the activities you are expected to complete by the end of the school year.
Laurel High School students can access Naviance with their PGCPS username and password by following the directions below:
Go to Naviance.com
Sign-in under Students & Family
Enter Laurel HS zip code (20707)
Click on Laurel High School
The "Welcome to Family Connection" Screen will appear.
Click on "login with Clever" (on right side)
Enter your school username and password.
Beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, students will be able to request transcripts for college via Naviance.
